Damage or Loss
SELLER IS NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages unless insurance is purchased. It is not uncommon to have professional or retail sized cleansers or shampoos leak a bit due to high pressure of transit shipping.
Transit and Shipping Times
Orders typically ship within 2 business days of receiving payment, but international orders can take 3-5 business days before shipping. Domestic transit generally takes 2-7 days business days. International packages typically take 7-11 business days but can take up to 30 days if held by customs. Sometimes there can be a delay in shipping certain items due to damaged or leaked product. Please be aware Paypal can hold payments and may not release funds to seller immediately. If paying by Echeck normally there is a hold on funds before releasing them to the buyer.
Combined Shipping Discount
To be eligible for combined shipping rates, products must be paid for together. Do not pay for one item at a time. If you need the items combined please write to me for an invoice to be sent.
International combined shipping charges are based on weight and destination (of course). Please email for charges or purchase and let me invoice you with the correct charges
Combined shipping rate- Most expensive item to ship is full price and each item after that is an additional $3.00 USD add on for DOMESTIC ORDERS and one addtional international item ONLY!! Please inquire for international combined shipping rates for more than 3 tiems!

I normally respond within 24 hours of all Email messages. Please DO NOT WRITE to me through my personal address. Write to me through EBay only for any questions, quotes, concerns or problems. I do not check my personal email on a dialy basis or respond to messages sent to my personal address.
Payment Information
I take Paypal and /or official checks only (money orders, cashiers check etc.) Please write to me through Ebay only for name and address for checks to be sent to. Payment must be received within 5 business days or a dispute will be opened.
International Shipping Details
I ship most international order via Priority International Mail. Occasionally I ship first class mail for smaller items. Seller is not responsible for international duty fees and/or taxes. Please allow 7-30 days before receiving your order.
Address Changes
Any orders returned for wrong address, insufficient address or orders not
picked up will be subject to an additional shipping charge for redelivery. If you have a change of address that is not on file with Paypal then it needs to be sent to me in writing through Ebay only.
