  USPS APPROVED
The Postmaster General (USPS Regulation DMM508-3.2.3) has designated that approved locking mailbox designs must be a minimum of 10" wide to accommodate a Priority Mail envelope without folding. Therefore, any locking mailbox narrower than 10" is not approved and your mail carrier is not obligated to deliver to that mailbox.
All of our mailboxes meet this requirement.

Molded entirely of heavy-duty, reinforced aluminum sheets, these roadside mailboxes feature both a FRONT and REAR access locking door. Mail is deposited through a non-locking access door on the front and you can safely collect your mail from the rear or front.
 
The two front doors measure 6" each and the rear door is full size measuring 12 inches. An extended ledge prohibits hand entry into the mail bin below when the door is open.
 
(8) Colors - Available in a Black, White, Green, Silver, Copper, Nickel, Brass, or Bronze powder coated finish which protects against rust.
 

Each unit includes an outgoing mail tray, a lock with two (2) keys for each door (keyed alike), and an adjustable red signal flag. Post sold separately.

This mailbox can be mounted on a matching post; or, by removing the signal flag, this mailbox can be installed into a masonry wall or brick column. The bricklayer can be instructed to leave access for using the front or rear door.... or both. The rear door allows you to collect your mail without having to step out into a busy street.

We process orders the same day we receive payment.

All of our items are brand new and ship direct from the distributor or the manufacturer. It usually takes them 2-3 business days to ready your item(s) for shipping and to schedule a pick up with the shipper: USPS, UPS, or Fedex. Once picked up, your order should arrive within 3-4 business days. So the total time for delivery is 7-10 days.

If your item does not arrive within that time period, please let us know so we can put a tracer on your shipment to see exactly where it is. We TRY to send tracking numbers but many times the mfg is slow forwarding this information to us.

Insurance is included on most items. Please try to inspect your item when it is delivered, if you notice any damage, please refuse delivery and notify us right away. We will file the damage claim for you and send a replacement. It is much easier for everyone concerned if you find damage BEFORE taking possession. If you find damage after accepting delivery, please notify us right away with pictures of the damage. Also, please keep all packing materials, especially the box it came in. We will do everything we can to make this process easy for you.

If you decide AFTER receiving your item that it is not what you want and you would like a refund, we have to abide by the manufacturer's policies. As with all purchases made online, you are responsible for return postage and the manufacturer will not reimburse any shipping costs.

Items MUST be returned in the original box and all parts and packaging must be present. You will need a "return authorization number" and once the manufacturer inspects your return, they will issue a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. Returned items must not show signs of use or abuse, or the mfg will not refund your money. PLEASE REMEMBER, these are the policies of the manufacturers and we cannot change or overide their policies. We will be happy to help you with this process any way we can.
