THIS IS A FINE WATCH I BOUGHT OUT OF AN ESTATE RECENTLY, I HAD A NEW BATTERY PUT IN IT AND IT WORKS GREAT, BOTH TIME AND DATE ARE GIVEN ALTERNATELY WHEN THE CROWN BUTTON IS PUSHED, IT IS VERY EASY TO SET ALSO. IT IS IN THE BOX I FOUND IT IN, THE WATCH HAS A RED FACE / CRYSTAL WHICH HAS "LONGINES" ETCHED INTO IT AND IT IS EXCELLENT WITH NO SCRATCHES. THE WATCH IS RUNNING AND KEEPS EXCELLENT TIME. THE BAND IS THE ORIGINAL AND IS SO MARKED IT SHOWS ONLY VERY MINIMAL WEAR IT IS FULLY ADJUSTABLE FOR LENGTH AT THE CLASP. THE CASE MEASURES 38MM X 35MM AND IT HAS A VERY INTERESTING DIAMOND SHAPE. THIS IS A FINE COLLECTIBLE WATCH, TREAT YOURSELF OR IT WOULD MAKE A WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR THE WATCH FANCIER ON YOUR LIST. Greetings Ebay shoppers! A: The watch is yellow gold in color, I re-examined the case and it is marked "18 kt gold plated", the lens has no chips. mike
