Text pages are securely bound and generally clean with yellowing borders and some mild corner wear, including some creased corners.  Covers are mildly soiled with light general edgewear.  Back has a severely bent lower left corner.  Front has an address label.  There is slight loosening of the cover around the staples, and cover spine has a half-inch split at the bottom.
