· We do not combine shipments as all items are pre-packed for expedited handling

· Items are shipped within 5 business days of payment.  Please note we are not responsible for USPS transit times.  However, if your item has not arrived within 10 days of payment please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in tracking the item. 

•         Please use the eBay Checkout option on the ended auction page or in your "My Ebay" to check out for the item. We rely on automated end of auction emails from eBay and Pay Pal to communicate with you. If you do not get these emails please contact us. Please note: We are a business and have normal business hours. Emails after 4PM est will be answered the following business day. Weekend emails will be answered on the next business day. We are closed on all major holidays.

•         Bari only accepts PAY PAL payments. Please do not bid if you can not pay via PAY PAL.

•         If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us so we may assist you.  Contact must be made within three days of delivery to be eligible for a return/refund.  Contact must be made through the eBay messaging system.  Unfortunately, due to the amount of spam and phishing emails we are unable to quickly respond to questions through our payment email address.  We will generate a return authorization number for you with instructions for return.  Items returned without a Return Authorization will be refused.  Please note that in the event of a refund, return shipping will not be included.

•         Items listed are overstocks, returns or deadstock.  Items listed as new are new.  Items listed as like new, excellent, good or poor/damaged condition are used.  Please note our quality assessment of our items is in the aforementioned order.  Please feel free to ask any questions prior to bidding or winning the auction.  

•         Only the item in the title of the auction is up for auction. Accessories shown are not included.

•         All items are authentic. Check measurements closely. Also you may have to get the suit further altered for it to fit you well, this is common and should be expected. Super numbers and "off the rack" size numbers are included as a guide and are not always listed with a label. We take pictures of all labels on the interior of the item. If a picture is not shown, the label is not affixed to the garment. In that case, these number are suggested based on our experience and expertise.  Super numbers have nothing to do with the weight or hand of a fabric.  Please read the auction for information on the weight of the fabric. Remember, Ask questions before bidding..

· We are volume sellers and do our very best to leave feedback several times a month for all of our customers. We leave feedback based on three variables: Payment, A Buyer's Education of the Item, and Communication.   Payment:  A buyer’s payment should be received within 7 days of winning the auction.   Pending echecks through Pay Pal can take up to 10 days to clear and will result in significant shipping delays. Educated Buyer:  As a buyers, we know that being an  informed buyer is of the utmost importance.  Being informed means making sure that you have read the listing, asked all questions prior to bidding and understand a seller's terms.  If for any reason you do not agree with a seller's terms, shipping policies or feedback policies you should not bid with that seller.  Communication:  We also leave feedback based on communication from the buyer.  If you have delays paying, if you are unhappy with your item, your item has not been delivered or any other concern you should contact the seller promptly to discuss options and resolutions. Simply communication resolves the majority of a buyer’s questions or concerns.
