Shipping Information

Shipping includes delivery confirmation and an email from the USPS when your item ships. Please set your email program set to accept mail from www.usps.com so you will receive the shipment email.

Priority Mail: 1 Suit $15, 2 Suits $21, 3 suits $27 (US addresses only)

Express Mail: $30 per suit (US addresses only)

Priority Mail International Canada:1 Suit $23, 2 Suits $303 3 Suits $43

Priority Mail International to the Rest of the World:1 Suit $33, 2 Suits $43, 3 Suits $53

This is the "fine print".  Please DO read as this will insure a smooth, no hassle transaction for both of us:

This listing has a 4-8 week (20-40 business days) processing time. Business days are Monday thru Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Your item (or Items) should most likely ship before the 40 business days have passed.  If you need delivery by a specific date, PLEASE CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY and I will do what I can to accommodate your request.  If you do not contact me, I will accept you have agreed to the standard 20-40 business day processing and standard shipping time. Once shipped, you will receive an email from USPS.com (please make sure your email program will accept email from there and not block it or send it to your junk mail file. If you do not receive and email, please let me know. The USPS estimated shipping time for Priority Mail (inside the US) is 3-5 days.

International orders will be shipped within the 40 business days processing time as well, but with International shipping as erratic as it is, I can make no promises as to actual shipping time.  Please allow 7 business days actual shipping time after the 40 business days for processing when estimating the delivery date for your order shipped outside the US.

I list my shipping times and methods clearly in ALL of my auctions. If you have ANY issues with this or the product itself, please contract me first before leaving negative feedback so we can work things out. I want all of my customers to be happy (repeat) customers.  Please make sure your email program does not block email from startrekexcalibur.org) I answer ALL of my email within 72 hours of receiving it.  

For orders placed during the Christmas/Holiday season (November 1st thru December 19th):

Costumes purchased by November 27^th will be received no later than Dec 24^th, using standard Priority mail shipping.

Orders placed for international delivery for Christmas will not be accepted after December 21^th They will be shipped no later that December 16^th.

NO costume orders placed after November 27^th will be delivered in time for Christmas. NO orders for any item for Christmas delivery will be accepted after December 19^th, after this date all orders will be subject to the 20 Business day processing time
