Payments are due at time of purchase, if you need other arraignments please contact me I will do what I can to work with you.  If you are paying by personal check please understand that I will not ship your items until your check clears my bank.  Thank you so much for your understanding and your interest in my store.

I ship all items the day I receive payment so please email me immediately if you need your purchase shipped to an address other then what Paypal or Ebay sends me.  Shipments are sent UPS unless otherwise noted and you will receive an email from me when your payment is received with your tracking number and the date your item will be delivered to your door.  UPS provides insurance for you at no cost as well.  However they DO NOT  ship to PO BOX addresses so please send me a physical address.  If shipment is going outside of the lower 48 states please email me before purchasing so that I can get the cost of USPS shipping for you.  

Due to, not only the time I spend with my auctions, but the cost to list, sell and use Paypal I do not accept returns unless it is due to my error with a full refund.  If you are not happy and wish to return the entire auction you will have 3 days to return and I will refund the cost for the auction minus the fees I am charged to list and sell the auction and I do not return shipping cost.  You will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to me.  With that said please email me with any concerns you have as I will do everything I can to assist you.  I have never come across any problems that could not be worked out.  Customer service is very important to me so I want you to be happy =) 

My main focus is maternity sales, however I do odds and ends as well when I'm cleaning out the closets.  I shop for the best of the best, I purchase items that are new with, or without tags, or gently used.  I wash all clothes before shipping them in Tide Clear liquid soap and Downy Liquid softener. (I have sensitive skin and know what its like to be pregnant and what your skin goes through)  Customer service is a huge part of who I am, I just enjoy helping others be happy =)  I am the mother of 3 wonderful boys ages 9,17, & 20 and mother to a princess who is now 4 =)  God has also blessed me with being married to my very best friend.  I recently decided to take some time off to spend with the princess before she starts school and Ebay is a great way for me to be able to spend this year with her.  Thank you so much for taking time to shop in my store!
