PAYMENT:

We gladly accept all forms of payment through PayPal (confirmed addresses only). Obopay (see below), Cashiers Checks, EFT, Money Orders and Personal Checks also accepted (unless stated otherwise in the product description). Personal Checks require a 7 day holding period from day of receipt for clearing.

Missouri residents will be charged sales tax of 7.741% at checkout. All sales are subject to sales tax. Dealers must provide copies of state issued tax exemption certificates at auction time, or will be subject to pay the sales tax. Refunds, on sales tax, will be made if the proper certificates are forwarded to the Auction Company Office within 5 business days.

RETURNS:

All items are sold as described. All sales are final. Only if an item is not as described in the auction will we accept a return (unless otherwise stated in the item listing).  Buyer must notify CardinalAuctions of intent to return within 48 hours of receipt of the item. All returns are subject to a 10% Purchase Price Restocking Fee.

Please do not return an item without first contacting CardinalAuctions at 314-865-1644. CardinalAuctions will dispute and/or reciprocate any negative or neutral feedback left against us for reasons clearly outlined under these policy guidelines. If you feel your item is not as described, please contact CardinalAuctions at 314-865-1644 prior to leaving feedback to allow us an opportunity to resolve any issues. Thank you! :)

SHIPPING: CardinalAuctions ONLY Ships to the U.S. (unless stated otherwise in the product description).

If you do not intend to pay for shipping and handling, then do not bid. We will not ship the item until payment is complete.

Paypal payments for items selling for $250 or more with unconfirmed addresses will not be accepted - please confirm your address with Paypal before sending payment. We ship to APO Boxes. Shipping cost noted above (at the very top of the page to the right of the item thumbnail image) is for the 48 contiguous states only. For Alaska and Hawaii bidders, please contact us using the "Ask seller a question" link at the top right of the page in the "Seller Information" box. Alaska/Hawaii bidders, please DO NOT go through the checkout process at the end of the auction without first contacting us. We must update the shipping amount before you can follow our checkout procedures.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are as stated above (at the very top of the page to the right of the item thumbnail image) and below in the payment details section. Shipping charges noted include insurance and any applicable handling fees. CardinalAuctions employs professional shipping personnel who use high quality boxes and packing material to ensure every item is delivered safely.

Shipping Method: CardinalAuctions ships primarily via UPS, FedEx and the USPS.

Shipping Insurance: CardinalAuctions requires shipping insurance on most items.

Combining Shipping: At this time we cannot combine shipping charges.

Item Pick-up: Buyers are welcome to pick up their purchase from our St. Louis store conveniently located at 2222 Cherokee Street near Jefferson Blvd in South St. Louis City. All pickups will be subject to local sales tax and a $10 will-call fee in lieu of shipping charges. Please note that for local pickups we can only accept M/C, Visa, Debit Cards, money orders, or cash as payment.
