We prefer PayPal payments from confirmed addresses, but will accept unconfirmed addresses as well. As of Jan 1 2009, we cannot accept any payment not allowed by eBay for certain items.  Please email us and let us know what type of payment you are sending. We ask that you forward your payment ASAP to avoid any delay in the transaction. Buyers are allotted 2 business days from the end of the auction to remit payment. If the buyer has not paid within this time, we reserve the right to re-list and your transaction will be cancelled due to non-payment. If you choose to pick your item up at our store, please call in advance to determine what form of payment will be accepted. Due to the fact that we are trading assistants all auctions must be sold "AS IS." 8.25% sales tax will be added (yes, the sales tax went up in CA) for any pick up sales and for items sold anywhere in California.

Buyer agrees to pay the amount listed (US Dollars) to cover shipping and handling. We CANNOT ship to P.O. boxes if USPS is not selected as the main carrier. We ship exclusively with either UPS, Fedex or DHL and USPS for all US domestic shipments (we reserve the right to select any of these carriers based on availability or pick up schedules) and USPS Priority International mail for all international shipments. We are not able to use any other shipping methods. You are responsible for paying shipping insurance. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS THAT WERE NOT INSURED. We will not mark international shipments as gifts and will declare the proper value. We are not responsible for duties and import taxes that you may be charged upon receiving your item. All international sales are final. All shipments through UPS and Fedex are insured up to $100.00 (no insurance with USPS unless selected by the Buyer); any additional insurance is optional and must be paid by the buyer.  Please allow 2-3 business days for us to pack your item after receipt of your payment and delivery time based on service selected. We usually ship Thursday or Fridays to allow us to be more efficient so allow extra time if  your item closes over a weekend or in the beginning of the week. All items picked up at our store at 6200 Stanford Ranch Road, Suite #200 Rocklin CA, must be paid by the correect form of payment (exact change preferred) or through PayPal in advance along with a nominal $10 pick up fee as well as sales tax. We do not accept credit cards.

All sales ARE FINAL. In the event that an item must be returned, we reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on any item that is returned in unsatisfactory condition. In the rare instance that a return is accepted, it will be for 100% of the sale price minus shipping, handling and insurance charges. We will also charge a 15% restocking fee. We do not pay for shipping, handling or insurance on a returned item.
