There is a 3 day grace period on all auction items. Which means once item is shipped and auction item is received by the buyer you have 3 (three) days from that time to test this item and email us via EBAY ONLY (we do not check outside emails) and let us know of the problem.

We have multiple of the same item so if there is a problem an exchange is the first option. If the product is out of stock we will then give other options exchange for similar item or refund at that time.

WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING FEES FOR ANY REASON! SHIPPING ITEM BACK TO US IS AT BUYER EXPENSE! Refunds are not given until auction item is returned to us the seller.

There is a 3% restocking fee if a mutual agreement has come to terms. This pays for our fees that are not reimbursed by ebay. Listing Fees and Closing Fees. If you are the winning bidder of an item and change your mind we will ONLY CANCEL the transaction if the 3% restocking fee is sent to us, if not it is up to the buyer to pay for this item!

Shipping is done within 2 days of payment clearance excluding Saturday & Sundays, no exceptions.

US ONLY AT THIS TIME (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico).. Please do not ask us to ship outside the US. IT WILL NOT BE DONE.

We do not have LOCAL PICK UP! Do not ship to APO, AE, AA, or PO Boxes unless USPS is a shipping option.

Shipping discounts are given if you purchase more than 1 (one) item.

Once item is shipped please watch the order details portion of the auction. The ship date will appear in BLUE. Once this happens if you click on the ship date you will be taken to the tracking number. Click again and you will be taken to the tracking information from UPS. We also add your tracking number to your paypal payment and email address to UPS for updates from them. We will NOT email you the tracking number. It is up to you the buyer to watch order details within up to 48 hours after payment.

Payment Info:

If you have a mailing address in TEXAS you are the only state that is REQUIRED to pay sales tax. Sales Tax will be added at checkout!!!

We accept paypal only. Remit payment within 7 days of auction ending. Invoices are sent within 36 hours of auction closing unless they close on Sundays. If item is not paid for within 7 days you will be reported to Ebay, nonpayment mark will be left for auction and item will be re-listed.

Once you receive the item in the auction will you please leave us feedback.. Once you do so we will as well..

If there is a problem Please don't just leave Negative feedback.. Please email us ahead of time. We like to conduct business in a positive manner and would appreciate an email before a negative mark is made.. We have multiple of the same item and if an exchange is necessary it can be done.
