I prefer payment by direct transfer through PayPal.   I also accept money orders, cashier and personal checks.  If paying with a Personal check OR a Paypal e-check the items held 7-10 days until personal check (funds)  have cleared the bank.   

Please contact me within 3 days of auctions end. Payment is due within 7 days of auctions end, or items will be relisted, and negative feedback left.   I reserve the right to cancel bids from those with shades or negative feedback. If you wish to bid and have less than 98% positive feedback, please contact me before bidding.

~ SHIPPING ~

High bidder pays all shipping, packaging/handling & delivery confirmation fees. Delivery Confirmation is required with every auction.  The cost is .75 cents and is included with the shipping charges noted in the auction.  The tracking numbers will be happily supplied to buyer, upon request, just ask!   Shipping is by USPS media mail, parcel post, or priority mail depending on the item. Items will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment. I will gladly combine purchases for multiple purchases and reduce shipping. Shipping charges quoted are for the 48 continental states. Shipping will be higher for international bidders, Alaska and Hawaii. Please email me for a quote.

Insurance is recommended but usually not required. For items up to $50, insurance is $1.50, up to $100, $2.40, up to $200, 3.40. I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged if insurance is not purchased.

Any stated shipping costs on auction is domestic shipment cost only!  If you shipping out of the United States, including Canadian bidders, please note the following:

Upon the completion of the auction, please wait till you receive an email from me.  All international shipments will be shipped Economy (Surface) Parcel Post, an average of 4-6 weeks shipment timeframe, unless requested otherwise. 

If tracking of you’re package is desired; The package will ship Global Express Mail (EMS) for an average of 3-5 days.  This method of shipment is far more expensive, but is the buyer’s option.

Please note that all international quoted freight will be subject to further clarification after shipment.

Upon actual shipment:  The buyer will be subject to either additional invoicing, should the actual shipment cost more than quoted, or a refund should it be less.  Either way, I will email the buyer with the exact shipping cost/information, upon actual shipment, followed by a PayPal Refund or Request for Money.      

~ RETURN POLICY ~

Return Policy will be as follows:

I will accept returns under the following conditions,

1. That I be notified within 15 days of auction end that you wish to return the item and the return reason is due to my error. 

2. That the item be sent to me in the condition that I sent it to you.  If the item was damaged by the United States postal service, please see shipping and handling policies, as I am not responsible for any damaged packages that were not insured!

Also, any item returned will be done so at the buyer’s expense.  I will refund the total auction price of the item, not shipping and handling, unless the item was insured.
