You will receive 4 boxes which are brand new and factory sealed. Each box is 30 ml/1 fl oz. This is complexion calming gel. Bottom of boxes are marked: 42D91C.

Indications: Contains botanical extracts with anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties to help soothe and calm irritated skin. Lightening properties help diminish the appearance of skin discolorations. Optimal for sensitive or problematic skin.

- We will not ship internationally, nor will we accept bids / payments from international buyers at this time. We cannot ship to other countries, territories, or U.S. islands.

- As required by California state law, sales tax is required for all purchases terminating within the State of California.
- Items will usually ship out within 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri) after payment confirmation. Large, fragile, and/or bulky items may take longer. Please allow additional business days for transit by the carrier.
- Whenever possible, all electronic equipment including computers, musical equipment, stereo equipment, cell phones, etc. are booted up and/or powered on. We cannot and do not perform additional testing (unless specifically stated otherwise).

Our shipping fees are determined by the shipped dimension, weight, and shipping destination. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. We use first-quality materials to pack your items with care, and our fees are included to cover these costs.

Our preferred shipping carriers:
For items over 2 lbs., we typically ship via FedEx Ground. For items under 2 lbs. we typically ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that FedEx will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Declared Value (DV) and Signature Confirmation (SC) may not be reflected in the shipping calculator.

We require insurance on most items with a winning bid over $100. Insurance will also be required on pottery, glass, china and most electronic items. SC (adult signature) is required for items with a winning bid over $250. There will be no exceptions.

Merchandise will ship 3 - 5 business days after payment confirmation. Fragile, bulky and/or heavy items may take longer.

Shipping Claims: We want your item to arrive promptly and safely, so we try to use great care when packaging your items. However, there will be rare instances when an item is lost or damaged during shipment. Please call us (within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item) to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. Do not throw away all packaging. The claims process may take betwen 10-21 business days. Once the claim from the shipping carriers is approved and paid, we will issue you the appropriate refund. We strongly recommend that you purchase, during checkout, adequate shipping insurance to cover the value of the item. Without shipping insurance coverage, our liability shall not exceed $100.

International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally.

Combined Shipping: Our automated auction management software does not support combined shipping. However, if you've purchased multiple items from us, and if we can combine them into one box, we may (at our sole discretion) refund part of the shipping cost. So please bid accordingly.

LOCAL PICK UP: When you go through our check out system, you will be given an option to do a local pick up at our store. In-store pick up of this item is ONLY available at this store (unless otherwise noted). You must pay for the item before picking it up. All local pick-ups will be charged applicable sales tax and handling fee. Please call us at (626) 584-0844 prior to your visit so we may have your item ready for you.

Unless a prior arrangement has been made with us, your item must be picked up within 10 business days of the end of auction. Otherwise, you may be charged a storage fee of $10 per day. If the item is not picked up within 20 days, we may create a seller account for you and the item will be resold on eBay. The funds from the sale will be used to cover any incurred storage fees, and any remaining balance will be mailed to you in the form of a check.

RETURN POLICY:
Your satisfaction is important to us. iSold It strives to accurately list and photograph every item we list for sale so that bidders can buy with confidence! Therefore, we only accept returns if the item was grossly not as described or photographed in the auction. All items are sold As Is.

If the item was not as described in the auction and you would like to return the item, you must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving the item. To do this, please contact us at (626) 584-0844 or info.ca001@i-soldit.com. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please bid accordingly.

Note: Software (opened or unopened) and authenticated items (e.g. coins graded or "slabbed" by major national grading companies) are non-refundable.

We security mark all items before shipping. Prior to refunding payments, we must verify security markings and compare pre-auction photos of the item.

Forms of Payment:
We accept PayPal (verified member with confirmed shipping address), Visa and MasterCard (registered in the U.S. and with confirmed billing address). Tax:
All in state residents will be charged state and local sales tax during the checkout process. The winning bidder can pay using the checkout button, or wait to receive an automated e-mail invoice shortly after the auction ends with totals and payment instructions. (Note: If you do not receive an e-mail invoice within 48 hours of the auction end, please check your bulk email folder, as a spam filter may have prevented it from reaching your primary in-box.)

We do not remove sales tax for re-sellers.

Prompt Payment:
Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the close of auction, and all PayPal payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn't received within this time period, the order will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.
