This is a lot of 50 Techni ice heavy duty sheets. Each sheet measures 11" X 15.5" and has 24 cells. Please check out our photos at the top of this ad for a closer look at the items you will be receiving. Techni is not only a ice pack it can microwaved as many times as you want, just as easy as if you freeze it. To use Techni Ice sheets just fully immerse the sheet into water and freeze. For heat, microwave on high for 1 min. Full instructions on back of each sheet.
