Condition of books:

All of these books are new and have never been read. (Unless otherwise stated as Used in item listing).  Some may have  minor dings and scratches, corner scuffs/bumping from shelf wear, storage or shipping.

International Shipping:

International Customers/Friends are welcome! Please e-mail us for shipping charges. *Also, please note any duty or taxes charged by your Government or Postal Service is your responsibility and will add to the cost of the item.

Shipment:

We send an e-mail when payment is received and  another when items are mailed..Books are packaged very carefully with bubble wrap and/or peanuts for extra protection during shipment...Delivery confirmation & tracking number are included at no extra charge to the customer and are available upon request! Insurance is optional, but HIGHLY recommended...We are not responsible for lost or damaged items after they leave our home...and we will not give refunds for damage or loss of books due to the Postal Service.

Fees:  Shipping and handling fees are covered in the shipping cost and include all packaging materials (envelopes, bubblewrap,  etc.)    Delivery:  All items are shipped within 1-3 days of cleared payment.  The exceptions are weekends, weeks that have holidays, family vacations & business trips.

Return Policy:  Refunds will be issued as money back for purchase price when returned within 7 days in original condition.  Original shipping charges will not be returned and buyer pays return shipping charges.   Feedback:    We promptly answer all questions during and after purchase.  We want you to be happy with your purchase! When you receive your item(s) please e-mail us if you have a question or concern or please leave Positive Feedback if you are completely satisfied with your item and service. We will automatically leave Positive Feedback for you.
