Will this G2 work anywhere?

We guarantee that this G2 will work on any GSM  system worldwide.  Note that you must subscribe to data services in addition to voice services from your provider.


Are your products intended for resale?

No.

Do you ship Internationally?

YES! We can ship anywhere that our US Customs and Homeland Security does not prohibit. International customers must provide a telephone number. We always speak with each customer to insure that there is no misunderstanding. On occasion our credit card processor will contact the cardholder on file to verify the veracity of the charge and shipping address. In some cases we might ask for additional proof of identity such as a copy of passport, drivers license etc.

What do I do if my G2 breaks or stops working?

The products are fully warranted by their respective manufacturers. During the 1 year warranty period, customers in good standing and that have left us 5 starts of feedback can have a replacement device sent to them prior to returning the defective device.

Clients that have left us 5 Star Feedback will receive an advance replacement during the 1 year warranty period: Notify us that your phone is defective, go through some troubleshooting steps with us, if the problem isn't resolved immediately, then we ship you a replacement phone, and then you ship back the defective device in the box that the replacement device came in.
