Are your products intended for resale?

No.

Do you ship Internationally?

YES! We can ship anywhere that our US Customs and Homeland Security does not prohibit. International customers must provide a telephone number. We always speak with each customer to insure that there is no misunderstanding. On occasion our credit card processor will contact the cardholder on file to verify the veracity of the charge and shipping address. In some cases we might ask for additional proof of identity such as a copy of passport, drivers license etc.

What do I do if my Tour breaks or stops working?
