 PAYMENT BY PAYPAL, CREDIT CARDS, OR MONEY ORDERS:

• We accept payment through PayPal and by money orders.  Personal checks not accepted.
• We accept most major credit cards through PayPal.
• If you are sending payment by money order, please email us by clicking here! 
• Payments by money order take 1 to 2 days longer to process.
• Payment for your item should be sent within 7 days from auction close date.
• Payments are accepted in U.S. funds only.

WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

• If there is a problem with your item, please contact us before leaving feedback so we can help! Leaving a negative feedback without allowing us to help does no one any good! Once you have received your item and are happy with your purchase, please leave your feedback and our system will leave feedback for you with 24 hours.  We don't leave feedback first. 
• From time to time our suppliers run out of stock.  In that event you will be notified by email and a date the item will be back in stock.  If you choose, we will gladly give you a full refund of your money for out of stock items.
• Refunds are given for items which are damaged by the carrier, provided you have purchased the optional insurance.  We do not give refunds on items without insurance, which are damaged by the carrier.
• To return an item to us, please contact us first.  Refunds or returns are not given after 3 days from the date the item was delivered to you.  Refunds are for purchase price less our shipping charges.
• Items returned used or have been damaged by the buyer are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• We are not responsible for items returned which have been sent to the wrong address or refused delivery by the buyer.  Please insure your PayPal and eBay mailing address are correct.  If you would like us to re-ship the item you are responsible for the additional postage required, we will re-send an invoice for just postage due for re-shipment.

BUYERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

• Besides the items listed above:
• Please check with customs of your country to insure the item will be allowed. Most items we offer are acceptable in other countries, but we ask that you check since customs laws change frequently.
• We do not offer insurance on international shipments.
• We are not responsible for replacement or refunds for items not allowed through customs.  Items not allowed through customs are not returned to us.
• Please understand it does take an 4 to 5 extra days to prepare and ship international orders due to extra paperwork and packing required to insure proper delivery.

• We ship most items within 3 days from the date payment has cleared.  If there is a longer delay, we will inform you by email.
• For your security, we can not ship items to a different address. Items are shipped to the address listed in your Paypal account or with eBay.  Please insure these addresses are correct.
• We ship items using U.S.P.S., U.P.S., or DHL depending on the item type.
