We love to combine shipping.   Combined shipping is limited to items won and/or purchased within 5 days of the first item and PAID TOGETHER ON ONE INVOICE - no exceptions.

Mix-n-match a total of 10 single charms (or more), and ask us for a combined invoice for a big reduction in shipping charges.

We prefer paypal but accept money orders.  Payment is expected within 5 days.  Mailed payments must be received within 7-10 days.  No personal checks please. 

We encourage you to ask questions prior to purchasing and/or bidding on items.  Non-paying bidders will be reported after 10 days of non-payment and/or communication and appropriate feedback will be left.

We ship daily - Monday through Friday.  Item(s) ship within 24-48 hours (business days only).  If you pay by e-check, your payment will not clear for 3-4 business days after you submit payment, it is not an instant transfer.

You will receive an email informing you that your payment has been received/cleared and your order has shipped.  You will also receive an email with the delivery confirmation number for your order.  Please note that the delivery confirmation number is not a tracking number.

All sales are final unless an item is defective upon receipt and returned within 7 days.  You will receive a full "purchase price" refund.

All our merchandise comes from a smoke free environment but not pet free.  We have cats which are kept out of our merchandise storage/packing area to ensure that all our items are kept clean and in ready to ship condition.
