AUCTION / SALE TERMS

• Auction winners must contact us within 3 days of auction close. Payment must be received within 7 business days after order is confirmed.
  
• All "Buy it Now" Purchaser must pay using the checkout in PayPal.
  
• All auction winners / purchasers from Pennsylvania must add 6.0% sales tax to their orders.
  We only accept PayPal for payment.
  
• Upon confirmation of payment, we will ship your order within 2 to 3 business days between Monday to Friday, upon received payment. No orders will be processed on the weekend and holidays. Tracking information will be emailed to you when it becomes available.
  
• By bidding on auction or completing a sale with "Buy it Now" you agree to purchase the item for the final bid price / stated sale price including all tax and shipping and handling.
  
• We do our best to package products using professional packaging materials for a quality delivery. All items under 150lbs will be shipped Fedex, UPS  or USPS for the calculated rate. Please use the shipping calculator provided in the ad description to calculate shipping the shipping cost to your ZIP Code. The calculated cost reflects the shipping rate, packing materials, and handling fee. Tracking numbers are assigned to our shipments and emailed to you shortly after your item ships. We reserve the right to change selected shipper.
  In an effort to minimize costs for our customers, items over 150 lbs will be shipped via a freight carrier. Item delivery charges will be incurred by the customer for ALL freight shipments. Freight prices vary depending on location and distance traveled; please contact us for the shipping costs in this case. Freight items ship from our facilities on Mondays of every week. The customer is responsible for arranging pick-up or delivery from the freight terminal.
  
• Shipping insurance may be selected voluntarily at the discretion of the auction winner/buyer for each order during the checkout process. By choosing to insure the item against shipment losses/damages the auction winner / buyer agrees to: 1) the written policies outlined in the ad, at checkout, and contained herein; 2) accept our claims decision as complete and final regarding claim and reimbursement amounts.
  
• If damage or suspicious handling is suspected at the time of delivery, the package must be inspected in the presence of the delivery agent, and specific notes describing the nature and extent of damage must be noted on the copy of the delivery document. The buyer must contact us as described within the Terms of Sale, within 7-days of delivery. Damage claims shall be DENIED where auction winner/buyer, or person accepting delivery, has accepted delivery without noting damage on the delivery document or contact was made after the 7-day period. Auction winner / buyer may not be entitled to full reimbursement for partial loss or damage.
  
• Please note that we do our best to accurately and fully describe each of our items listed for auction/sale. Many items we offer are "pre-owned" and may show some wear, have missing parts, or may not function. Some of the items may come with a manufacturer's warranty. If so, any request for future repair must be made through the manufacturer.
  
• ALL items are sold AS-IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
