Payment Arrangements
Payment arrangements must be made with us within 3 days of the auction closing. Payment must be fully received within 10 days of the auction closing.

Payment
US & International: We prefer payment by PayPal but will also accept certified bank funds mailed to us (Bank Draft, International Money Order or Cashier's Check) but no personal checks and no green US postal money orders. (they are not negotiable in Canada)
Canada: We prefer payment by PayPal but will also accept Bank Drafts, Money Orders in Canadian currency. (Please confirm daily rate with us first) 

Shipping
We ship our products, as much as possible, in the afternoon of the business day following your payment via Canada Post and USPS.  We inspect every item before it is packed and shipped. Everything that we ship is carefully packed, using various materials and appropriate stickers to protect your purchased product. It is your responsibility to update your shipping address on documents such as PayPal.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit – the post office is! It will be our responsibility to file the subsequent claim with Canada Post.

Rates
U.S.A.: Small items (max. 1kg.) are shipped to U.S.A. destinations by Surface or Air Mail at our economical Small Parcel rate. They have a max. coverage of $100.00 for loss or damage. Larger items (over 1 kg.)  are shipped to U.S.A. destinations using Commercial Expedited Parcel Service (Air Mail) which promises faster customs clearing and delivery from 5-9 business days for less money than Express Service which is also available should you choose to pay more for shipping. First $100.00 (Can.) insurance and tracer are included. Rate quoted at auction’s end, dependant upon where you reside. Shipping costs will be invoiced after auction’s end, enabling you to use the checkout feature.

Canada: Goods within Canada are shipped by Commercial Expedited Parcel Service. For delivery standard (in business days from postal code H9S 2L3) please consult:  http://www.canadapost.com/business/tools/ds/bus/bin/dsbus_ultrawide-e.shtm  Rate quoted at auction’s end, dependant upon where you reside. Shipping costs will be invoiced after auction’s end, enabling you to use the checkout feature.

International :  Small items (max. 2kg.) are shipped to International destinations by Surface or Air Mail at our economical Small Parcel rate. They have a max. coverage of $100.00 for loss or damage. Larger items (over 2 kg.)  are shipped to International destinations using International Parcel Mail (Air or Surface) First $100.00 (Can.) insurance and tracer are included. Rate quoted at auction’s end, dependant upon where you reside. Shipping costs will be invoiced after auction’s end, enabling you to use the checkout feature.

Please note that due to recent changes in calculating shipping charges, the cubic weight of the goods being shipped is charged by the carriers and never or very seldom, the actual weight. If you have any questions, please e-mail us. 

Returns
Unless the item you receive is considerably different from the description of the item you bid on, all sales are final. Please contact us before returning any item you consider "considerably different". Such items will be accepted for refund at our discretion only within 7 days of your receipt of the item. Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging. Please note that we rarely sell brand new items. This means that even if something is described as "mint" or "excellent" you may find upon close inspection, tiny imperfections or evidence of use. I will not make full or partial refunds for minor insubstantial imperfections. If you insist on only items in factory new condition, you should purchase them directly from a licensed retail store. Unless we should ship the wrong item (i.e. a doll instead of a blanket), shipping fees are never refunded.

Feedback
It is our practice to allow buyers to leave feedback first. That lets us know that you have received your purchase and are satisfied. So if you would kindly leave feedback for us, we would be glad to do the same for you. If however you have a problem with the transaction, please contact us with the problem before leaving any feedback.
