Card condition:  RATING and DETAIL

MINT- the card is perfect in all ways

NEAR MINT- an unplayed card with slight imperfections

VERY FINE- the card was played in sleeve, but seldom or the card is unplayed but have rough edges.

FINE- the card was played out of sleeve, but seldom

GOOD- the card was heavily played

POOR- the card was heavily played, is soiled, and/or torn

My new Philosophy:  Many qualify their single cards as Mint. My standard is, if there is white edging on the card it loses its Mint status.  Exception, if there is a corner or cut-line with a touch, a dash of white caused by the cutting process, I might consider the card as mint, if all else is Mint.

Also, it is normal for cards created in '95-'96, an others, to have a uniform and visible cut line (precision cutting technique was not used, or not invented) so, as well, these cards are an exception to the rule that I am attempting to establish.

 Thus, fewer of my cards may be considered Mint than does other dealers.  But, when I say Mint, you can believe it!

On non 1$ cards, there is a 3$ flat rate plus 20c each additional card, second card is free. Fees for non 1$ cards are independent from 1$ cards. I will ship as many 1$ cards in a first class envelope at the same price of 3$, as long as it can be done without damage to your cards and within USPS standards. The USPS clerks have become very diligent in their practices to adhere to the postal codes, rules and standards. I do combine shipping on non 1$ cards.
