DESCRIPTION:
This is a very hard-to-find special edition bag called the Monogram Trompe L'oeil Le Fabuleux. " Trompe L'oeil" is French for 'trick the eye' and it refers to the fact that the bag has the appearance of a monogram bag with brass corners, zipper, and a lock, but in reality, it's all just a single woven textile fabric. It has a soft terry cloth texture feel to it. The shoulder strap is a nice leather pad with an alligator strip on top in yellow, which is fastened down by 5 "jewels". This is connected to the bag with a large loose link double chain. The inside lining is a soft goatskin leather in black and the embossing patch inside is made of crocodile.

Louis Vuitton made this pochette as well as a "Trompe L'oeil" Trocadero and they've been out of production for years. This bag is sure to start conversations when you go out. It's a sensational collectors piece as well as a very fun every day bag to carry when you want to change things up a bit! This is a beautiful handbag! This bag is totally clean inside and out! The leather trim on the handles, are lightly scuffed. The inside lining is clean. Please see pictures for the best description of the condition. It comes with a LV tags and booklet! This bag would make a great bag to add to your LV collection!
