ANTIQUE OTTOMAN SILK CUT VELVET "CHATMA" FRAGMENT, last quarter of the 19th to very early 20th century, and in excellent overall condition for its age. The exact size is: 7.5" x 16.5' (19 x 42 cm). An Ottoman Turkish fabric rendered in red silk raised velvet mostly used for cushion covers. This lovely old specimen comes in very good condition and displays the European French-inspired "Fleur-de-lis" design. Professionally matted and framed, this textile relic will make a picturesque wall hanging in any home or office decorative environment.
