SHIPPING

We are not responsible for items once we have shipped them.  We urge you to purchase the optional shipping insurance. Please remember that once we have left a package with a carrier, we are no longer responsible for it.

We ship the majority of our packages using USPS Parcel Post or First Class Mail with delivery confirmation and tracking.  Once the package ships, you will be emailed with the tracking information.  The USPO web site says that the average shipping time for Parcel Post is 5 to 7 business days depending on the package destination. Sometimes it can take up to 14 days. Please contact the USPO if it takes an unreasonable time. Once again, we have no control over the length of time that the USPS takes to deliver the package.

We generally ship packages within 1 to 2 days of receiving cleared payment.  If this is an item that you are in special need of receiving quickly, please upgrade to Priority mail.  We make it a priority to see that packages are shipped ASAP.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

·        Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

·        Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

·        These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

·        We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
