Attended another fabulous, estate sale in rural Richmond, Missouri this weekend. The gentleman had been 100 years old and it appears he had been collecting wonderful and unusual items through the course of this life. We've found some absolutely outstanding vintage and antique items to share with you and we're very excited to get started listing, it may take us a couple of weeks to get it all listed, so please bear with us. What a fun and unusual find! A wonderful and large, vintage, lusterware porcelain bowl with swans all around, Made in Japan!
This wonderful bowl is blue and orange and measures 8.5" across and 3.5" high. Swans are swimming in a circle with graceful necks. There is a little loss to the luster in the bottom of the bowl as pictured, but I don't find any other problems.
Properly marked on the bottom with a raised star as well as a mark in black in that reads "HAND PAID MADE IN JAPAN".
