MEASUREMENTS
We measure every item laying flat across, buttoned when needed and unstretched. As a guideline, our MANNEQUIN is 5'6" and measures 33"- 25"- 35". We measure shoulder to shoulder from seam to seam, length is from the top of the garment (upper shoulder) to the bottom hem. Insole lengths are measured from the inside toe to the back heel.
CONDITION
We reject garments that show any sign of wear or damage, meaning any stains, wear wrinkles (as in pants/skirts), smells, fading, piling, etc. If we say its in perfect condition, no sign of wear, excellent - the item is as good as new - though technically, we can't say that it's "new". If we feel that an item is truly special but has a flaw, we will indicate that in the listing and we'll point it out to you.

We ship both Domestic and International on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We take EXTREME care packing your items with tissue and custom boxes.
For DOMESTIC shipments we ship all packages by priority mail which takes 2-6 business days to arrive. For INTERNATIONAL shipments we ship EXPRESS mail which takes 5-7 business days to arrive, is completely trackable and includes $100 insurance. All packages are electronically tracked and may require signature. You will receive an automatic notice with your tracking information through PayPal when payment is received. Please allow one day to package.
We do our best to keep shipping costs down, but shipping rates have gone up twice in the past year & will probably continue to go up. Please remember your shipping costs are calculated based on the size & weight and destination of the package. Shipping costs are calculated up front & if you are not perfectly satisfied that you could rate them as 5 stars, please DO NOT purchase this item.
