A NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: (As of 05/14/2007, the USPS has completely done away with economy/surface mail. Due to some policy changes eBay made on 02/20/2008 making things VERY inconvenient for sellers, all international sales MUST ship via USPS priority or express mail international, so they can be tracked and insured. The cheaper, uninsured, and non-trackable USPS first class international rate will no longer be offered to international buyers. I apologize for the inconvenience...)
