How do I check the status of my order?
We will email you a tracking number upon shipment of your
order. The tracking number allows you to track the location of
your shipment 24 hours a day.
Do you accept PayPal?
We accept PayPal. Please use our Winner's checkout link (above)
to pay by PayPal. If you try and pay directly through eBay or
PayPal your payment will most likely be lost in translation and
therefore your order will NOT get shipped. Use the orange “checkout
cart” above to complete your order.
How do I pay by Credit Card?
To pay by credit card you can use PayPal through our check-out
link. PayPal accepts, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and
Discover cards.
Do you sell to International customers?
We sell globally.
Do I have to use your checkout link?
Yes, you must use our checkout link in the “description
area” at the top of the page. We ship a high volume
of orders each week and the checkout link allows us to process
your order more efficiently.
What if my order does not arrive, is
lost, stolen, or damaged?
We guarantee all our orders. Please contact support@galacticsnowsports.com, if you feel your order is not received in the
specified time above. If your order is lost, stolen or
damaged, we will ship a replacement order after the minimum
transit time has elapsed (15 days for domestic, 30 days for
international).
Does Galactic Snow Sports deal in custom/special
orders?
Yes, we can place custom orders with many of the leading Ski
and Snowboard manufacturers, as we operate a 30,000 square foot
retail ski and snowboard shop with all top brand names.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped upon receipt of payment. Due to overwhelming
demand and our unbelievable prices we typically take hundreds
of orders a day. Most orders received for in-stock merchandise
before 3 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped within
2-3 BUSINESS DAYS, EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS!
Please allow 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS for us to process your order
plus the time listed below for FedEx to deliver your order. We
ship from Virginia, so all of our orders reach the eastern regions
the fastest.
Do I get a discount if I purchase more than 1
item from Galactic Snow Sports?
Sure, we consolidate shipping on all orders if the items are
similar in size. The discount applies to all items we sell. The
first item will carry the full shipping and handling rate. All
items after the first will have a 50% discount off the shipping
rate. This policy is only effective for up to 6 items. Once
your order exceeds six items, the consolidated policy starts
over again. When you check out, the correct shipping charge
will be in effect, i.e.- your shopping cart total will reflect
the 50% shipping discount. Also NOTE* ALL multiple purchases
MUST occur within 24 hours to be considered for discounted shipping
rates, NO Exceptions!
What is Galactic Snow Sports Sales Tax
Policy?
We are required to collect sales tax in all states where Galactic
Snow Sports has a store or physical presence. At this time, Galactic
Snow Sports is required to collect sales (5%) tax on all purchases
made in Virginia.
