I am just a person trying to sell my hard drive. Also, these particular drives have a very high gloss finish to them and thus seem to come in with what equates to swirl marks and scratches on them from being handled when they packed them to send out I am supposing or because they are old stock and have been handled. At any rate, the point is, the shiny finish seems to come in with swirls and such to the finish. They are marked new when we get them with no mention of issues; but they seem to all come in with the same finish problems. This is not something we can help and does not deminish from the look or performance of the product...but since we only seem to get about 20% of these in that are not affected with a less than perfect finish, I thought that I should mention it. The item comes packed in a brown factory box.

Please note: I will NOT presently ship to Columbia as the customes dept tends to rip up the items that are shipped there in their inspections and the US postal service will not allow one to insure items to there.

Note: We will gladly process returns or exchanges on non-working items (within 25 days of the end date of the auction). Returns on working items that are returned due to customer deciding that they no longer want the device will be charged a 15% restock fee. All returns for any reason must be made prior to 30 days after the end date of the auction. This will only apply to returns where the item tests as good when returned.

For our International Customers: Most countries that recieve goods from the US charge some sort of Duty or Customes fee. In our experience, sometimes they charge it, sometimes they don't. WE are not knowledgable about all of the customes laws worldwide pertaining to these charges. The buyer, as a citizen, will be responsible to pay this fee if their country's customes office so charges it. NOTE: I will NOT ship to the following countries because the US postal service will not allow insurance to them: Columbia, South Africa, Cyprus, Equador, Chile, Qatar, Peru or Israel. The only way I will ship to these countries would be US postal service insured Express mail (they will insure via express) and this costs about 1.5 times the cost of US postal service priority as quoted in the ad.
