      This is a vintage fire brick manufactured by the Laclede-Christy Clay Products Company in St. Louis, Missouri.  In 1856 the Christy Fireclay Company was founded in St. Louis. In 1907 the Laclede Fire Brick Manufacturing Company and the Christy Fireclay Company were consolidated and incorporated as the Laclede-Christy Clay Products Company. The brick in the photo is the actual one you will receive.  This brick was found at a mining site in southeast Missouri.  I have more Laclede-Christy and other old bricks listed as well - some are in better condition than others, but this can be observed in the photos.

Shipping is flat-rate USPS Priority Mail due to the weight of the brick.
