Ladies Antique 14K Yellow Gold Black  Opal Ring

This ring  has a very fine quality opal

it's not a doublet

This is an antique ring that was designed in the arts and crafts era. This era spans the early 1910's to 1920's. This ring was probably hand made in that time frame. The ring is done in 14K yellow gold with a beautiful oval shaped opal in the center that measures 17.5mm  by 12mm. The opal is held in place with gold "grape leaves". This ring weighs 4.4 dwts and is size 3 1/2 which can easily be sized up or down by your local fine jeweler. If you love jewelry that is unique from this time period, this is the perfect item for you.
