ITEM WEIGHING 66lbs and LESS!!! SMALL SHIPMENTS!!!
For items under 66lbs (30kg) I use Canada post to both the US and Canada . There are absolutely no issues with customs to the US . They are very fast within Canada (typically within 5 days), but they are quite slow to the US usually taking around 2 weeks but has been known to take 3-4 weeks based on customs taking extra long to look at your item. The cost listed below is shipping for the US . Canadian customers please email me to get a shipping cost for you which should be cheaper. I use an outside packager so after your payment is received, your item is sent another local business which packages and ships your goods. It may take up to 5 business days to get your item properly packaged and shipped. As soon as I receive your TRACKING #s I will email them to you and you can track using that number at www.canadapost.ca and when the package crosses into the US (for my US customers) you can track on www.USPS.com. Very rarely, Canada Post will LOSE or DAMAGE an item. I insure every shipment, but there is a process to getting the insurance money which can include direct contact and information from the receiver (which is you). I will definitely refund you if you do not receive your shipment or it is damaged but we must go through the steps with Canada Post first which can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks.

If the item being purchased is over 66lbs, then I use a multitude of carriers including Eagle Global Logistics, Manitoulin, and FrantX to both the US and Canada. Email me your zip or postal code to get a quote or an estimate. For any larger shipments to the US , please send me your contact phone number to go along with a contact name and a tax ID# for your business to along with your business name as well as shipping address so that my customs broker has all the information they need to clear your shipment smoothly. I will also provide you with information on tracking larger shipments.
