This listing is for a pair of lovely Lalique Crystal "Hirondelle" swallow Art Glass bookends measuring 6 1/8" high with a base measurement of 3 1/8" x 3 3/8". Originally designed and sold as a paperweight, these lovely swallow figures are often purchased to be used as bookends. Made from the finest crystal by Lalique, these paperweights combine the use of frosted accents with the beauty of the clear crystal to make a statement that is recognized the world over for its beauty and quality.
These swallow paperweights or bookends are each signed in script "Lalique, France" and are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Most crystal sites sell these "Hirondelle" swallow bookends for the retail price of $1615.00. (See below)
