About Lalo Orna
Lalo uses industrial resins and natural and recycled materials to create her unique hand crafted pieces. The design and production is being held between Aseret, Israel where her studio is located and Sofia, Bulgaria where all products are hand crafted, finished and under go a strict quality control process.

The entire collection consists of hand-crafted pieces designed by Orna Lalo and her creative team. The assembly of the designs is done by people in the local villages surrounding the factory where the local women, young and old are taught to assemble the pieces, thereby further empowering workers by training and education and job creation. Her pieces carry with them the inspiration of everyone who touches them.

My Sales Policy
I do my best to accurately describe items. With the exception of the exquisite Raku Art and Art Zoo South African pottery and the gorgeous Bulgarian handcrafted Lalo Orna jewelry, accessories and home décor, most of my other merchandise has been gently worn so it will probably show the normal wear and tear appropriate for its age. Please take this into consideration. This is also why, unless I note otherwise, merchandise is sold as is.

Ask questions, I want you to feel comfortable about the item before you bid or buy. Remember, your bid or purchase is a legally binding contract.

As a seller, I make sure I provide a good product at a fair price, friendly service and quick shipping. I also make sure you receive positive feedback for timely payment. Likewise, I hope you will do the same for me. However, if there is a problem, please give me the opportunity to address your concerns, before you leave any!

Returns & Refunds
I will never knowingly disappoint you. A return will be accepted if due to a gross omission or discrepancy in the listing. Please let me know if there is a problem with the item within 3 days of receiving it. If need be I will gladly refund your purchase price. The item must also be in the same condition it was received within 7 days of having reached an agreement.

Something Extra
I offer gift wrapping for most items and will ship to a different address once you confirm your request. To include a card with your gift, simply email me with your message. Only an additional $2.

Payment

I prefer Paypal but also accept money orders and cashiers checks. I will accept personal checks, but they must clear my bank before I ship. *Payment is due within 7 days of purchase or auction's end.*

Shipping

Your item will be shipped as soon as payment is received and you will get a tracking number. I ship every work day via US Postal Service. I also combine shipping in case you see more than one item you must have....

Consider there will be shipping charges, but there are no inflated handling fees. Packaging & Handling is $2.00 per order. This means that if you combine shipping for 2 or more items, there would still be only one $2 handling fee. This charge is already included in the total given by the shipping calculator.

For international customers, I do my best to ship items economically and mark the customs slip "used goods" when applicable so you won't pay unnecessary customs charges.

Insurance
Always an option. I'm happy to purchase insurance for your item(s) if you wish. US Postal Service insurance fees are as follows:
$1.65 for coverage between $0.01 to $50.00
$2.05 for coverage between $50.01 to $100.00
$2.45 for coverage between $100.01 to $200.00
$4.60 for coverage between $201.00 to $300.00
$5.50 for coverage between $300.01 to $400.00
$6.40 for coverage between $400.01 to $500.00
$7.30 for coverage between $500.01 to $600.00
$7.30 plus $0.90 per $100 or fraction thereof over $600 to $5,000.00

I suggest purchasing insurance for higher priced, vintage or delicate items. I'm afraid I cannot be responsible once they leave my hands.

International Shipments: The US Postal Service does not offer insurance for First Class Mail International shipping. If you would like to insure your shipment the USPS offers Priority Mail International. There is a price difference but it will include insurance.
