These are pre-owned shoes. They do have some scuffs on them. You can see that in the picture. I am pretty particular and I would still let my daughter wear them. As a matter of fact she had them on last week and said they were hurting her toes. Therefore we are selling them. They would be great for preschool or mothers day out. That way you don't have to worry about her messing up a $40 + pair of shoes. They are super cute and have lots of wear left.
