Payment is due within 3 days of the auction closing date. We accept PayPal and payment on pick up.If you need other options please contact us.
We traditionally use USPS priority. If you have another preference, please contact us. All international purchases must be insured.We use the calculated shipping by address and weight. Please note that we will not refund uninsured items which were lost damaged or stolen in transit.
We will combine multiple purchases to reduce shipping fees. We use recycled packing material and boxes.We do not charge a handling fee. Your item will usually ship out within 3 days or less.
Refunds are given within 7 business days after all of the following is met:
1. Item(s) must be returned with stickers,labels and anything else it came with. Everything must me in the same condition as when we shipped it.
2.Buyer is responsible to pay return shipping and insurance fees. Item must be insured for its purchase price.
3.Buyer has 3 calendar days from the date the item is received, to contact and request a refund.This may be done by calling us toll free at 1(866) 999-0439 or emailing us. If we hear nothing past the third day the refund policy will expire.
4. Once all criteria is successfully is met, the buyer's money will be refunded within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned purchase.
5. We will refund return postal and insurance fees only in the event an item is grossly misrepresented, or the wrong item was shipped by us in error.

We use recycled packing material as part in helping the environment and to save money for our customers. We Pack very well and in special situations where the customer has special packing requests, we may charge a modest material feel.
We will ship your item as gift and mail the invoice to you -please let us know in advance if this is the case. We ship out within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment and will do so sooner if you notify us.
We never clean or repair the items we sell. Most customers prefer this. We will do our very best to describe the flaws readily visible.
