Shipping Information: All Black Hills Gold items are sent directly from South Dakota, to the lower 48 states (for Hawaii or Alaska please email for additional charges) through UPS Ground with Insurance included. Because a signature will be required to verify delivery, we must require a valid address and phone number where a signature can be obtained. Items generally ship out within 10 business days of payment.

Invoices: are sent the AM after auction ends, Friday‘s auction are invoiced Monday AM. Combined invoices are sent Monday AM unless requested otherwise.

Feedback: All positive feedback is promptly responded to. We feel that all problems can be resolved in a positive and friendly way, so please contact us before leaving negative feedback. Once negative feedback is left, we will view this to be the end of the transaction and no further assistance will be offered.

Returns: We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and return the merchandise within 7 days of receipt and we will refund your payment less any shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that special orders and sales items are not returnable. Please return orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 7 days from the day the items were received by you. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Under no circumstances is shipping refundable. The customer is also responsible for any shipping charges back to us.

Conditions: Payment must be received within 7 days of auctions end date. If Payment is not received by then I will consider the auction void.
