Step 1: Machine is received in our service center.
Step 2: Machine information is written up detailing problem description, items received in shipment box, and placed into repair queue.
Step 3: Technician begins diagnostics on machine to confirm reported failures.
Step 4: Repair process begins of either repairing or replacing the failing jack as deemed necessary by the techs.
Step 5: Unit is placed back in diagnostics to confirm that all issues have been resolved.
Step 6: System is sent back to customer via UPS shipping.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of board level repairs, we cannot always guarantee that a dc-jack is going to fix your problem. In the event that you do have additional problems outside of a dc power jack repair, we will always email you or call you and notify you, detailing your computer issues, and quote pricing to repair/replace faulty components.
The majority of dc power jack cases are simply the power jack themselves, however, issues do occur whereby another company or user has attempted repair of power jack and caused more issues .
Our recommendations are always that if you have a dc power jack issue, and you are uncertain of how to fix it, please do not attempt the repair. Simply have us or another professional repair company repair your computer.the small cost of having the laptop fixed when compared to the higher costs of attempting a fix and causing more issues, is simply not worth it. For only $99.99 ( plus shipping) compared to system board costs of $250.00 and above, it is a great to have your laptop working again and at a lesser cost than that of a new laptop.
