We committ to shipping the shoes within 24 business hours of receiving your payment and to be fair when it comes to exchanges or refunds. We will do our best to make sure your Ebay experience with The Shoe Guy!!, is one that will make you want to shop more often. If you bid on an item on Ebay, you are required to pay. In the many years we have been selling on Ebay we have heard all the excuses. Please pay for your item wthin the 7 days provided, which when you consider no other sites offer any period of time for payment, it's a policy we recomend you do not abuse. All unpaid items are reported to Ebay and we reserve the right to pursue collections through a collection agency and report all cases to Experian, Equifax and Trans-Union as unpaid collection accounts. Getting paid on time is the only way we can operate with the low margins and great service we provide on Ebay.

WARRANTY & RETURNS
Returns are accepted, however, For an exchange, buyer is responsible for all shipping/handling costs back to us and then reshipping/handling fees for the return shipment. If an item is shipped in error or defective, The Shoe Guy will issue a prepaid return label via UPS email for the return and cover all costs. We guaranty the quality of our products but cannot be responsible for fit. All shoes can run differently. Ebay is an auction business. As sellers, we pay hard cash to list and sell merchandise on Ebay. We may charge a significant (up to $15.00) restocking fee if you return an item for a refund. Shipping/handling fees are not refundable unless there was a shipping error or defective merchandise has been received.

FAQ Please read all terms and conditions and descriptions in the listing prior to sending a question.
1. If you are looking for a specific size, then copy the tile, then click on View Sellers Other Item, then paste the title into the search bar on Ebay and you will see all sizes available.
2. We do not substitute sizes or colors under any conditions. If you wear an size 10, bid on a size 10, we will charge a $15.00 restocking fee for all unpaid items or to relist the wrong size you purchased.
3. You have 1 hour to pay. Ebay is the only site which allows purchasing without immediate payment. Do not abuse the privilege or Ebay and The Shoe Guy!! will be forced to discontinue this option
4. If you bid on the wrong size/color/item, send an apology and your Paypal email address. Once the $15.00 restocking fee is paid, then we will forgive the debt and contact our collection agency to cease collections.
5. We do not offer any extensions on payment. If you are not able to navigate the checkout due to software issues, then send us the reason, your Paypal Email Address and the auction # and shipping address and we will invoice you directly from Paypal via Money Request.
6. International buyers may have problem using credit cards directly, we REQUIRE Paypal for all payments from outside the USA.
7. All unpaid bidders are sent to collections. No exceptions or excuses. We have won 100% of over 3000 cases in collections and court. The average settlement is over $500.00, PER ITEM. Do not believe that any excuse will be accepted for non-payment of a legally binding Ebay auction. We have heard it all and you must know that this is a business, it is not personal and all non-paying bidders are treated equally.
9. Returns are accepted ONLY on our terms, however certain listings are Final Sales and they are clearly marked as final sales and no returns or exchanges are accept.
10. We do allow anyone in our warehouse for local pickup. Local pickup is not allowed.
11. The shipping/handling fees are not negotiable or refundable. Please do not ask.
12. Sales Tax is charged at 7.75% for all California Residents
