  Hello;  for your consideration is this massive, antique, heavy duty, cast iron floor grate. There are no breaks or repairs, HOWEVER IT DOES HAVE A SLIGHT 1/8"-1/4" WARP as can be seen in the following photographs. The outer flange sits flat and flush the warp is in the field, not sure if it came that way from the factory, or from having to much weight on it over a period of years (there was a very heavy bookcase sitting on one side of it when I rescued it). This great old grate does not have much paint on it and there is plenty of light surface rust and dust. I have not cleaned this one, but I did give it good wipe down with WD40, just to clean it a bit and slow down the rust. Again there are no breaks or repairs, this is a very solid and heavy duty cast iron grate, the fret work is is almost 1" thick as can be seen in the 2nd pic. below. The approx dimensions are 38" x 38" outside and 36" x 36" inside as stated on the backside of the grate and it weighs in at whopping 97 pounds (hence the local pickup). If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. This item does not ship, it is for local pick up only.
