This was the first large motto I ever purchased. It measures complete with frame about 24" by 28". This motto was rematted. The frame has been touched up in a few places and there is age expected wear especially on the corner edges. Please review all pics and ask any questions. Please excuse the white reflections. The motto itself is in nice condition. I see no staining, thread loss or damage to the paper, just a slight darkening down the center. The needlework image is fantastic picturing a stately white Greek Revival with curtains in the windows surrounded by large trees and a winding path. This old Victorian frame has it's original glass and wooden backboard. A unique addition to your motto collection!
