This is a very nice oven built by Applied Design & Construction Inc. Out of Minneapolis, MN.  It was  built in 2002 and was used as a heat treat oven and cost about $240,000.00.  It consist of two complete 20 foot long by 8 foot  tall and wide ovens that are tied together.  They can be used seperatly if you desire.  The burner boxes on top are 2,000,000 BTU's Each...  These ovens can go up to 850 deg and stay there.  They run on natural gas and 480 3 phase.   They have a large conveyor that baskets ran on to heat treat parts.  These parts were very crucial that the stay at a constant temperature so the oven worked very well.

The size of each oven is 20' long 8' wide 8' tall with a 6' burner on top.  The inside chamber is 7' X 7'.  The chain that runs thru it  is able to be removed and put a mono rail thru it instead.  They are also able to be seperated to use one as a preheat oven and one as a bake oven.  Tempertures can be set any were you want them and there is a monitore wheel that can watch tempurture on a 24 period.  These would work great for powder coating, Heat Treating, Plastisol... ect

These ovens are ready for transport all parts are labled and ready to go.  All gas valving is electronic with lots of saftys.  Again these were new in 2002 and are in great shape.
