This is an adorable ( large) Lollipop powder puff for girls of all ages.

Powder puffs are hard to find and this one has a fun "lollipop" shape

Available with a choice of pastel colored handles in powder blue, pink, yellow, lavender,  aqua, navy, burgundy, white, ivory, purple, red, black, lime or peach. 

This one is a large puff. It measures about 5 inches across, the wooden handle measures about 11 inches long.
