POLISH FACETED NATURAL HONEY AMBER NECKLACE. Circa 1980's. Poland. Nicely graduated faceted natural amber beads cut in the old German style, which was popular in the 19th centuryVictorian pieces. Traditionally, amber was thought to have healing powers and considered a gift of longevity. The uniform faceting of this piece is very labor intensive demonstrating superb workmanship. Light, long, soft, comfortable, attractive, elegant and in great condition. Length: 19" with safety clasp. Weight: 52 grams. A MUST FOR COLLECTORS.
