This package entitles the Ebay purchaser to accommodations, at the destination you purchased and any additional items included in the package you purchased. The package you purchased requires a tour of one of the newest resorts in your destination; the tour lasts approximately 90 minutes. If you purchase via paypal you must have a credit card on file in our office upon booking. If you fail to meet these qualifications, or fail to complete your tour you will your credit card will be charged a $300.00 penalty fee.
This package provides accommodations for up to two (2) adults. Children staying in the same room are free.
1.) If married one adult must be 25 to 68 years of age and be gainfully employed with a combined annual household income of fifty thousand dollars per year.
2.) If co-habiting you must be 25 to 68 years of age with a combined annual income of sixty thousand dollars per year.
3.) Both parties must agree to attend a 90 minute presentation and have matching address on their Drivers Licenses for verification.
4.) Must show 2 forms of I.D. with one being a major credit card.

Reservations are subject to space availability at time of booking. We recommend that you make reservations as early possible especially for holidays or peak seasons. Certain destinations may be subject to high season blocked out periods. If we cannot fulfill your dates of travel, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellation policy: This package is Non-refundable. Once we have confirmed your reservations you will receive a confirmation letter to present upon check-in. If you need to change your reservations before 14 days of arrival you must call 1-877-286-7069 but you will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee. If you need to cancel a confirmed reservation within 14 days of arrival or fail to check-in for a confirmed reservation your package will become completely non-refundable.
This vacation is valid only for your accommodations and any additional items which are included in your package. It does not include food, beverages, taxes, service fees, portage, gratuities, transportation, service charges, or incidentals. This is offered to you by Tri-Best Vacations, Inc. and not the resort you are touring.
Smoking and bedding preferences are not guaranteed. The offer is subject to availability and some restrictions apply. This vacation package is not valid where prohibited by law.
This package is not redeemable for cash or any other consideration. Any two or more packages cannot be used consecutively, or for group travel, when applied to the same destination or within twelve (12) month period.
This vacation is fully transferable should you wish to use it as a gift, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this auction. Suggested market value for processing, servicing and accommodations is up to $400.00.

This vacation purchase is valid for a full 1 year from purchase date and may be extended annually subject to destination changes and processing fees.
