Laser Diode C-mount test jig 808nm DPSS Coherent JDSU

Here is test mount made for standard C-mount laser diodes.  This is ideal if you have a number of laser diodes to test.  I use something similar to this to test all of the diodes I sell.  The pictures show a diode mounted in the jig for reference.  This auction is for the diode mount only.  However, I will give the auction winner the option to purchase a 1 watt, 960nm c-mount laser diode pre-installed for an additional $20.  If you are new to C-mount diode, I definitely recommend starting with the $20 diode before working with an expensive high power 808nm diode.

This has a reverse voltage protection diode built in and a shorting switch to protect the laser diode from static while the jig is not connected to your driver.  The cathode lead is connected with a spring loaded clamp so you don't have to solder to it.  This is also great for permanent installations.

Suitable for use with 808nm C-mount laser diodes for 532nm green DPSS laser systems.

This auction is for just the test mount shown in the pictures.  You will need to provide a suitable power supply and attach the test mount to a larger heat sink if you plan to use it with a high power laser diode for extended times.
