GENERAL INFORMATION: We rent resort timeshare condo units at much reduced prices. Our resorts are located in or near cities around the World.

You do not have to be a timeshare owner, RCI or II member to rent one of our units.

There is no requirement to attend a sales pitch or timeshare presentation.

We specialize in closeout specials.

HOW IT WORKS: You are bidding on our condo rental service. We have listed below the units that are available as of October 24, 2009. There are 2 ways to obtain our services:

1. Use the "Ask Seller a Question" button on the right and provide us with the location, resort name, and size unit you wish to rent from the list provided. Include your name, address and phone number. Failure to provide all this information will result in delays in booking the unit for you!

Please note: We will not share this information with anyone else.

OR

2. Bid and make the $1 payment via Paypal on this listing. We will send you an email as soon as we are notified of your purchase and will ask you to provide the above information.

We will notify you if the unit you selected is still available. The price quoted is the total amount due - there will be no cleaning fees, taxes or other hidden costs.

A credit card imprint or $100 cash security/key/telephone deposit will be required at check in. This is returned if there are no charges against the unit.

If the unit you selected is not available we will cheerfully refund the $1 you paid for our services. It's a win-win situation with nothing to lose! Give us a try! If a unit is available we will apply your $1 payment to the rental cost.

We will expect you to pay the balance due through Paypal. Upon notification from Paypal that you have made the payment we will email or FAX you a copy of the reservation confirmation, usuallly within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment.

GENERAL RESORT INFORMATION:

NOTE: Most resorts require that a guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-in at the resort. No pets are allowed!

AMENITIES: Most resorts have Electronic Door Locks, Non-Smoking Rooms, In-Room Washers/Dryers, Outdoor and/or Indoor Pools, 24 Hour Front Desk, a Game Room, a Fitness Center, and Internet Access.

UNIT DESCRIPTION: Studios and Suites generally sleep 2 to 4 people. 1-bedroom units have a King or Queen bed and a pullout sleeper sofa. Larger units will have a King, Queen, 2 double or 2 twin beds in each bedroom. Most units with seperate bedrooms have a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, and sufficient pots and pans, plates, glasses, and tableware to serve the number of occupants. All linens, bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes, paper towels, toilet tissue, soaps and detergents, and other consumable supplies will be furnished.

By listing this auction I verify that I am the actual travel agent or travel provider and not a third party affiliate. The travel/accommodations in this auction will be booked directly through me and not an outside agency. I also verify that, other than the government taxes and related government fees stated within the listing description itself, there will be absolutely no additional fees, charges or after auction purchases associated with booking the travel within this listing.

NOTE: The resort reserves the right to assign a different unit of the same type and occupancy than the one which will be listed on the guest confirmation.
