7 days after the buyer receives it | I accept returns if notified within 7 days of receipt of the item. 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. The item must be returned in the same condition as when shipped. If I have made an error in the auction, I will pay the shipping both ways. Otherwise, you, the buyer are responsible for shipping the item back to me and I will refund you the purchase price.
Damages:
All items are padded and packaged very carefully prior to shipping. However, I realize I can not control how a package is handled after it is shipped. Occasionally damages do occur. If an item is received damaged please notify me immediately. I must be notified of all damaged items within 7 days of your receipt of the item.
All damaged merchandise will be replaced, unless no longer available. A refund will be issued if an item is no longer available.
Do not return damaged merchandise unless instructed to do so. Often a photograph of the damage will be all that is required prior to sending a replacement or refund. |
