Interesting educational pamphlet on Mars that presumes it to be an Earth-like planet with life and civilization. One of my favorite passages from this booklet: "Possibly he (the astronomer) could make us understand how the Martians have learned to project electrical particles across their deserts so that the moisture drifting in the atmosphere from the melting snow at the poles will condense around the particles and cause rain. In the ages to come perhaps the earth-folk will have to learn such a method to save the world from perpetual drought."
