Policies and Procedures

Product is normally shipped the next business day after we receive your order. During our busy seasons it may take longer to ship your order so if your order is time sensative please send us an email so we can be sure you receive it as soon as possible. Otherwise, we ship in the order received. We ship via United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service. We also offer Express Mailing Services if you would like to ship your order via next day service (Please note: USPS Express Mail is 1-2 day service depending on your area). We charge the actual cost of shipping and a Handling Fee of $1.25 per order so no matter how many items you order, you pay only $1.25 for the entire order. We offer combined shipping on all multiple item purchases. We do ship Internationally and to APO/FPOs. *International Customers please see our policy on Customs Fees listed below.

We package our orders very well and are proud that damaged product is not an issue we have needed to address so far but we understand that these things do happen from time to time. Therefore, we offer a 14 day replacement guarantee on damaged or defective product. Please notify us right away if you need to file a claim. We offer In-Store Credit Only. No Cash Refunds.

Little Toy Company accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, as well as Personal Checks, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders. Please allow 2-3 weeks for personal checks to clear before your order is shipped. Personal Checks should be made payable to Little Toy Company.
